Assisted Living Facility
Under construction in the North of Barbados is a 16000 square foot assisted living facility.
​
The two buildings will accommodate 50 beds with a kitchen, dining hall, staff quarters, reception and administrative offices.
​
There will be a large theraputic pool, gazebo and well landscaped surroundings.

Christ Church Executive Residence
This 4000 sq.ft executive residence has been a complete turn key project .... taken from conception through to construction by the team at MORA. Town Planning drawings were prepared , 3D images developed and construction quote accepted.
To date, construction is on schedule with not cost overruns.
