Residential Community
MORA will create a townhouse and condominium complex over 35 acres in the south of the island, 3 minutes drive from the beach. The development will feature contemporary designs with green energy generating possibilities. Recreational landscaped spaces with a man made lake and family play areas will make this community one of the premier up market and sought-after lifestyles.
Quarries
Quarrying on the island needs to be more efficient and cost-effective. The industry has not had the management skills to reduce the costs of mined stone, which, by extension, has made building construction unnecessarily more expensive. MORA will reorganize and realign a number of quarries to be more streamlined, and by extension, products will be of a better quality and at a more reasonable price.
Road Paving
MORA will be extending its services into concrete road paving, which is longer lasting and more cost-effective than traditional asphalt roads. Cutting edge paving machines will reduce the costs of placing concrete roads and will extend the offer to government to use concrete on public roadways.
